Please read these booking, payment, cancellation, safety, and activity guidelines before confirming your chalet stay, meal plan, group visit, or farm experience.
Booking confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after availability is checked and the required deposit or confirmation process is completed. Please provide the stay date, number of guests, preferred stay type, meal requirements, and any activities you would like to arrange.
Deposit and balance payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance should be paid according to the confirmed booking arrangement. Special packages, group stays, meals, and activities may require separate confirmation or advance payment.
Cancellation and date changes
Cancellation and date-change requests should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply for late cancellations, no-shows, peak-date bookings, group arrangements, or confirmed meal and activity preparations. Final terms may depend on the package confirmed at booking.
Children and families
Children are welcome. Please mention children’s ages when booking so suitable room arrangements, meals, and activity guidance can be provided. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children around ponds, streams, farm areas, pool areas, animals, and outdoor activity zones.
Meals and special food requests
Meal options, BBQ nights, village cooking, and special food requests should be arranged in advance. Availability may depend on ingredients, staff preparation time, guest count, and package type. Please inform us early about allergies or dietary restrictions.
Farm and activity disclaimer
Farm, nature, village, and outdoor experiences may depend on season, weather, safety conditions, and staff availability. Guests should follow staff instructions during coconut estate activities, cycling, fishing, animal feeding, campfires, BBQ nights, pond areas, and nearby visits.
Safety and property care
Palm Grove is a natural property with open outdoor spaces. Guests should take care around water streams, ponds, uneven ground, farm areas, insects, animals, and night-time outdoor areas. Any damage to property, fittings, linen, equipment, or facilities may be charged to the guest.
House rules
Guests are requested to respect quiet hours, maintain cleanliness, avoid disturbing other guests, follow staff guidance, use facilities responsibly, and avoid unsafe behaviour in farm, water, cooking, fire, or activity areas.
External tours and third-party activities
Some nearby tours, cultural visits, transport, bullock cart rides, surfing tours, safari visits, or outsourced experiences may be arranged through third parties. Their availability, pricing, safety rules, and operating conditions may differ from Palm Grove’s direct services.
